Welder/Fabricator | St. Louis, MO

Are you an experienced MIG/TIG Welder-Fabricator looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing manufacturer? We're hiring an Experienced Welder/Fabricator to build custom industrial equipment and material handling systems in a hands-on shop environment.

Pay: $22-$35/hr (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday | Flexible start times available

Location: St. Louis, MO

Type: Contract-to-Hire

What You'll Do

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on carbon steel, stainless steel (304/316), and aluminum
• Fabricate, fit, weld, grind, and finish custom components
• Read blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld symbols
• Assemble and test industrial equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot fabrication and mechanical assembly issues
• Ensure products meet quality and dimensional specifications

What We're Looking For

• Strong MIG and TIG welding experience
• Experience welding carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Fabrication, fitting, assembly, and mechanical troubleshooting experience
• Ability to work independently on custom manufacturing projects

Preferred Experience

• Conveyors, hoppers, structural steel, or material handling equipment
• Industrial machinery fabrication
• Equipment testing and setup
• Welding certifications or equivalent hands-on experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
