Pro-Mow Lawn Care & Landscape is looking for reliable and hardworking Snow Shovelers to join our winter team. If you're looking to make extra money during the winter , enjoy working outdoors, and want the opportunity to work with a great team, this could be a great fit for you.

What We Offer

• Starting at $22/hour
• 2-hour minimum pay per call-in — even if the job is completed sooner
• End-of-season bonus based on hours worked and minimal call-ins
• Seasonal work that's a great fit for a side job or extra income

• Potential to transition into landscaping and mowing work in the spring and summer

What You'll Do

As a Snow Shoveler, you'll help our team keep commercial and residential properties safe and accessible during winter weather.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Shoveling sidewalks, walkways, entrances, and other assigned areas
• Assisting our snowplow operators during snow events
• Helping clear snow efficiently and safely
• Working as part of a team to complete properties on time
• Communicating with the Pro-Mow team throughout snow events
• Working safely in cold, snowy, and changing weather conditions

When You'll Work

Snow removal is event-based , so you'll work when snow and winter weather require our services.

Shifts may occur during overnight, early-morning, and weekend hours , depending on the timing and severity of snow events.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to earn extra money without committing to a traditional full-time winter schedule.

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to and from Pro-Mow's main location
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working outdoors in cold and snowy conditions
• Able to perform physical work, including shoveling and being on your feet for extended periods
• Flexible availability during snow events
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Previous snow removal experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person!
