We’re partnering with our client to find a talented Senior Digital Experience Designer to support a remote team. The role involves designing virtual onboarding experiences and digital solutions, primarily using the Docebo Learning Management System. This is a temporary position offering a dynamic opportunity to shape leadership development programs. There is no application deadline for this role. Senior Digital Experience Designer Responsibilities: Develop engaging virtual onboarding programs aimed at leadership audiences. Design and refine digital learning tools using our client’s LMS platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless user experiences for digital and live sessions. Innovate ways to enhance live and digital learning engagement with the target audience. Support pilot launches of redesigned leadership development experiences. Senior Digital Experience Designer Qualifications: Proven expertise in digital learning design, including experience with LMS platforms. Strong background in virtual experience creation and facilitation. Experience designing live or in-person experiences is a plus. Knowledge of digital instructional design best practices.
