The facility provides an extensive array of onsite services including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, General Surgery, and many more specialty services, making it a dynamic and collaborative environment for physicians.

Physician – Family Medicine

Job Details:

• Join a growing Family Medicine practice with flexible FTE opportunities ranging from 0.6 to 1.0 FTE
• Full-time 1.0 FTE consists of 36 patient contact hours per week
• Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Primary location in Detroit Lakes, MN with potential outreach to Lake Park, Pelican Rapids, Frazee, or Mahnomen Clinics
• Average of 14-18 clinic patients per day, with flexibility based on patient type
• Pediatric call approximately 1:6 weekends (1 day per week of peds call, 1 weekend every 6 weeks); hospitalist service is in place
• Personalize your own practice setting by choosing your preferred FTE and focus areas
• Onsite services include Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, OB/GYN & Nurse Midwifery, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, General Surgery/Wound Care, Diabetes Education, Dietitian, Infusion Center, Path/Lab, Radiology/Imaging, Therapy Services, Geriatrics/Eldercare, Dermatology, Optometry, Podiatry, Orthopedic Surgery, Occupational Medicine, and Urgent Care
• Outreach services include Audiology, Oncology, ENT, Cardiology, Nephrology, Urology, Pulmonology, and Sleep Medicine
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine required
• Eligible for additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation
