Prepare and charge intravenous medications, including chemotherapy and clinical trial therapies, in accordance with provider orders and established protocols. Review all medication orders for completeness and accuracy prior to preparation. Perform dosage calculations and verify volumes and measurements to ensure precision. Operate safely and accurately within horizontal and vertical laminar flow hoods using strict aseptic technique. Select appropriate needles, syringes, containers, and supplies based on medication type and route of administration. High school diploma or equivalent - Required (Bachelor's degree preferred) Completion of an accredited Pharmacy Technician training program or certification by a board-approved organization (PTCB) - Required Current California Pharmacy Technician License - Required
