Job Description

A well-established Wisconsin MEPF contractor with $150M+ in annual revenue is expanding into Madison and hiring experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to support long-term growth.

What You'll Work On

* Commercial and light industrial service
* Equipment service, replacements, and retrofits
* Small construction scopes up to ~$500K
* RTUs, boilers, chillers, hydronics, pumps, VAV systems
* Troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair
* Customer-facing service calls with facility managers and building owners

What We're Looking For

* 3+ years commercial HVAC service experience
* Strong troubleshooting ability
* Experience with larger commercial systems preferred
* Ability to communicate clearly with customers
* Union or non-union background considered
