We are excited to offer a competitive salary range of $86,000 – $144,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

As a Copy Writer, you will play a key role in shaping the voice of Arrowwood Heart across digital platforms, product descriptions, email campaigns, and marketing materials. Your words will help connect with customers, communicate our brand values, and drive engagement in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for product pages, marketing emails, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand voice.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform copy decisions.
• Adapt writing style to different channels, including web, social media, and print.
• Assist with SEO-focused content to improve online visibility and search rankings.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Work closely with the content team to maintain a cohesive brand narrative across all touchpoints.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve copy.
• Support the development of style guides and content templates.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to marketing initiatives.
