H&G Systems is seeking an experienced Commercial / Industrial Pipe Welder & Fitter to join our growing team in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

What You'll Do

As a Commercial / Industrial Pipe Welder & Fitter, you'll be responsible for fabricating, fitting, and welding piping systems that support complex mechanical and industrial operations.

Responsibilities

• Layout, measure, cut, fit, assemble, and weld piping systems according to project specifications and drawings
• Perform high-quality stick welding, MIG welding, and related welding processes
• Verify fit-up, alignment, and weld quality to ensure compliance with project standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, piping schematics, and isometric drawings
• Install, modify, and repair piping systems in commercial and industrial environments
• Coordinate with project managers, foremen, and field personnel to maintain project schedules
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, productivity, and professionalism on job sites

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Commercial or industrial pipe welding and fitting experience
• Current 6G Welding Certification
• Proficiency with stick welding (SMAW) and MIG welding (GMAW)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, piping drawings, and isometrics
• Strong understanding of pipe layout, fit-up, and installation practices
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Ability to work safely and independently in active industrial and commercial environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with carbon steel, stainless steel, and process piping systems
• Experience working on healthcare, manufacturing, industrial, or mission-critical facilities
• Rigging, equipment setting, or mechanical installation experience
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
• Previous leadership or foreman experience
